After a three-year break from racing, Wilson Vasquez finished his comeback season with a win at the Tour de Parc Criterium in Wantagh, NY. (And it's a repeat victory, having won this race 12 years earlier!)

The race had two major breakaways that had the strength to stay away: The first was the duo of Bill Elliston (Rite Aid Pro Cycling) and Gavi Epstein (CRCA/Sakonnet), the second was a group of four, including Rafal Urzedowski (Northeastern Hardware) and Mengoni's new recruit Lewis Almonte. Wilson felt confident in his ablility to win, so the team kept the race together and Wilson won the field sprint and the race.
