Here's the stage-by-stage summary.

Stage 3 - Yellow Springs RR
15 riders broke away late in the race and finished 4 minutes ahead of the field. From that group, Matt Cooke (Team Kelly) won the stage and took over the yellow leader's jersey. Marco Aledia took over the orange points jersey, and Norman Zellers (Health Delivery) scored on the hilltops to don the polka-dot KoM jersey. Eugene finished 6th.

Stage 4 - Somerset RR
The race broke up and five riders finished a minute ahead of the next group. Charlie Vives (Espoirs Laval) won the stage and took over the orange points jersey. Eugene Boronow (GS Mengoni) got 3rd and took the yellow
leader's jersey with a margin of 1:22.

Stage 5 - Logan RR
10 riders were out front after the third climb of the day. Then after the fourth climb, Duane Dickey (Bianchi)
escaped the group and finished alone to win the stage, 27 seconds ahead of the group. Boronow retained the leader's jersey by about a minute. Vives kept the points jersey, and Zellers increased his lead in the mountains competition. Eugene finished 6th on the stage.

Stage 6 - Coshocton Road Race
A group got away early, containing previous leader Matt Cooke (Team Kelly). Absent from the breakaway was race leader Eugene Boronow (GS Mengoni) and most of the other G.C. contenders. The group stayed away until the finish. Jacob Fetty (Honey Stinger) won the stage and moved into 2nd on GC. Matt Cooke got 2nd on the stage and re-took the leader's jersey. Eugene finished in the group behind, and dropped to 3rd on GC.

The final stage of the Tour of Ohio took place on the campus of Denison University. The course included a 25-lap criterium course with a short cobbled climb, and 10 laps on the long course with a brick-road climb into the campus.
