Lisban Quintero rode for the Cuevas developmental team in 2003 and 2004, where he earned
many top placings throughout the northeast. He rode for Mengoni in September when, as a guest rider,
he earned 7th place in Univest's Doylestown Criterium. For the 2005 season, Lisban will be a
full-time member of the Mengoni team, where he will undoubtedly fulfill the promise he has
recently shown as an athlete.
